CAIRO, Egypt — Usama bin Laden promised never to be captured alive and declared the U.S. had resorted to the same "repressive" tactics used by Saddam Hussein, according to an audiotape purportedly by the Al Qaeda leader that was posted Monday on a militant Web site.

Hokay! I don't want him captured alive either. I want him dead. I hope he fights. I hope the soldiers who have him cornered empty every clip they have into this subhuman bastard. Too bad we can't draw and quarter him.
