Alan Colmes, foot gourmet.

He must love the taste of his big toe; he's forever sticking his foot in his mouth.

Strange how Alan Colmes wants to allow women the freedom to choose when it comes to their reproduction, but when they do something he doesn't understand, he automatically calls into question their judgment. Colmes is not a doctor, much less an OB/GYN, and doesn't have the slightest clue as to the conversation that took place between Palin and her doctor.

If Colmes has information that Palin, by action or inaction, harmed her newborn while under a doctor's care, then he should bring this information forward. If all he has is baseless accusations, then he has discredited himself horribly.

Colmes, you're a "pro-choice" kind of guy; why don't you choose to keep your mouth shut until you actually have all the facts? Until you do have all the facts, all your whimpering about judgment not only falls on deaf ears, but it makes you look like a hypocrite who follows party over principles.

The latest flip flop from the Obamanation

From the Politico at 11:47AM

Barack Obama's campaign is blasting John McCain for putting "the former mayor of a town of 9,000 with zero foreign policy experience a heartbeat away from the presidency."

The scathing description of Sarah Palin, from Obama spokesman Bill Burton, comes as Democrats scramble to gather a response to a selection that nobody in the political world expected.

"Governor Palin shares John McCain's commitment to overturning Roe v. Wade, the agenda of Big Oil and continuing George Bush's failed economic policies -- that's not the change we need, it's just more of the same," added Burton.

Democrats will likely push the inexperience line against Palin as they race to comb oppo files from Wasilla to Juneau.

Jim Jordan, a veteran Democratic strategist, told Politico, "After his attacks on Obama's readiness for the job, it'll be amusing to hear a 71-year-old with a history of health problems justify this decision."

"She's a talent, but that's the end of the experience message from John McCain."

Then at 12:31 from The Hotline:

“We send our congratulations to Governor Sarah Palin and her family on her designation as the republican nominee for Vice President. It is yet another encouraging sign that old barriers are falling in our politics. While we obviously have differences over how best to lead this country forward Governor Palin is an admirable person and will add a compelling new voice to this campaign."

Stay classy, Barack and Joe!

By the way, Barry, how are those learn at home courses in foreign policy coming along?

The wit and wisdom of Joe Biden

Yes, this has come out of Biden's mouth:

"In Delaware the largest growth in population is Indian-Americans, you cannot go to a 7-11 or a Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent."

On how he can relate to the South:
"You don't know my state. My state was a slave state, my state was a border state, my state has the 8th largest black population, it's anything but a Northeast liberal state."

What you may not know about Joe Biden. Honesty is not in his vocabulary.

Biden graduated 76th in a class of 85, and yet claimed to be in the "top" half of his class.

Biden. Great pick for the democrat party.

Not Ready

It's just that simple. This man is not ready to be President of the United States of America. Who will he turn to in order to get things done? Biden. OK then.

Biden, who plagiarized a speech. Biden, who has a temper that is legendary in it's ferocity. Biden, who likes to crack wise about Indians running donut shops.

That Biden?

Wow.

Thanks, DNC!
Thanks, Barack!

The Barack Obama you don't know

John McCain's President

According to Barack Obama, John McCain's President is George Bush. See below:

From Yahoo News:

RENO, Nev. (AP) - So much for hugging in church. A day after Barack Obama and John McCain exchanged an embrace during a faith forum at a California megachurch, Obama called the U.S. economy a disaster thanks to "John McCain's president, George W. Bush," and chided his Republican rival's campaign team for trying to make him look unpatriotic and weak.
...from Beth Fouhy

So who is Barry Obama's president? Should Barry actually say these types of things about John McCain? Is this the man we want to lead our nation? Is he ready?

I vote no.

"Never Go Full Retard"

OK, there seems to be a bit of a controversy about the film "Tropic Thunder." Apparently, there are some disabled groups that are upset the the use of the term "retard." This term is liberally sprinkled throughout the film. I can understand why some groups would be hurt by this, but frankly, aren't we tired YET of being a perpetually offended society? These are fucking words, people! Think about it. A century ago, the "n" word was normally used, to describe someone of African origin. It's a term that is out of favor today, replaced by "colored," which was replaced by "black," which was replaced by "African American." "Idiot" was replaced by "moron," which was replaced by "retarded," which was replaced by "special," which has morphed into "special needs."

If you can be hurt by a word, then you must be pretty fucking weak.
It's a comedy. Get over yourselves.

The Democrat Party Energy Solution

I'm not from Colorado, but I'm pretty sure that even Coloradans would be pissed about this.
